T Villager Designs is a Nashville luxury florist that creates one-of-a-kind designs for weddings, dinner parties, corporate events, galas, and everything in between. We are on a mission to help our clients express and emulate the emotions of their events through distinctive floral arrangements, designs, and installations. Our team of talented Nashville florists have years of experience in the events industry, and we all share a collective passion for leaving a lasting impact on our clients and their guests. At T Villager Designs, we deeply invest in our clients’ goals and dreams in order to create an authentic, real-life story through floral design.
Our company was founded on a mission to change people’s lives through creative and beautiful designs. After years of sharing his passion for florals with friends and family, Troy Villager was convinced to walk away from a 15-year career in real estate and launch his own small business in 2013 with his partner Jack Boone. The company instantly became a staple in the Nashville events industry and beyond (we completed 190 events in the first year of business!), and today we continue to create lasting impressions by going the extra mile for our clients.
We are a family at T Villager Designs, and our all-hands-on-deck approach is something that sets us apart. The variety of experience that this team of Nashville florists brings to the table is unparalleled, and we play off of one another to create breathtaking masterpieces that are unlike anything you’ve seen in the industry. Simply put, we are in love with what we do, and we can’t wait to be inspired by your story.
Our Team
Troy Villager (Owner/Designer)
I’m one of those rare native Nashvillians. Growing up, I spent much of my time outdoors. I remember so fondly the early lessons from my neighbor who taught me how to make floral arrangements from the flowers in her garden and the surrounding woods. It was then that I discovered a lifelong passion for organic nature and beautiful flowers.
I chose a career in real estate, but I always found time for gardening and floral design outside of work. In 2012, I launched T Villager Designs as a hobby business thanks to the loving encouragement and not-so-subtle nudging from my friends and family. I retired from real estate in 2017 to fully pursue T Villager Designs, and I can say without a doubt that nothing makes me happier than bringing my floral design visions to life for the pure joy of others. Returning to my roots and passion, I’m certain I’m doing exactly what I was meant to do, and I’ve never looked back.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention my second passion, holiday decorating. I have been blessed to be the two time winner of the International Holiday Christmas Tree Decorating Contest sponsored by the Holiday and Decorative Association. It’s always the most wonderful time of the year when I begin decorating Nashville homes around the holidays.
Jack Boone (Owner/Operator)
I have lived in Nashville for over 40 years, but I was born and raised on a small farm outside Maryville, Tennessee. I grew up working with my mother and siblings on the family farm after school, which is where I discovered my passion for nature and the outdoors. As a widow raising three young children, my mom taught us a very strong work ethic that has guided my career.
After a 40- year career in healthcare administration, I took the plunge and joined Troy to grow T Villager Designs.
I guess you can consider me the patriarch (sounds so much better than the dinosaur) of our talented T Villager Designs team. The team fondly refers to me as the “hole master” since I act as the quality assurance police on the work that we do to make sure our flowers and design are full, lush, and without holes. Quality is key for us, and it’s fun to take on this designation for our team.
To this day, I still cherish my time outdoors, experiencing nature in action, and savoring the sights, smells, and textures of our earth. My mother and uncle were both avid gardeners, and they taught me a lot about flowers.
Becca Supalla (Marketing Manager)
I grew up in Detroit and have been in Nashville since 2004. On the weekdays I manage all-things marketing for T Villager Designs, like social media, business development, and website design. On the weekends, you can catch me snapping memorable moments for couples as a wedding photographer.
When choosing to pursue a career in the weddings industry, my mission was to create an unforgettable experience for the bride and her family and guests. The client relations aspect is the most important part to me, and I always try to provide an orderly, stress-free experience for my brides. I want them to be able to fully enjoy their big day, and then relive it time and time again through my photography.
The team says I am the go-to person for great photos, exciting social media content, and new website updates. I like to keep things current and engaging because we all know how important it is to stay on the cutting edge of our industry.
Ciera Fazio ( Studio Manager/Senior Designer)
As a lover of all things art, it’s not hard to imagine I’d end up designing flowers. Even from a young age, I have always gravitated to the creative world. From painting to pottery, crafting has always fascinated me and I’ve been creating my entire life. I am a trained vocalist and songwriter having graduated with a B.A. from Berklee College of Music.
As far as flowers go, I had always been a huge fan, so when I made my way down to Nashville five years ago, I took a leap of faith and started honing in on this beautiful career. There are so many reasons to love flowers, but what I love most is experimenting with color pallets and utilizing the freshest blooms in large structures.
When I'm not in the design studio you can probably find me at the newest restaurant in town or in my own kitchen working my way through one of my cookbooks! I’m a Jersey girl and the beach will always be in my heart, but for now Nashville is home.
Savannah Taylor (Administrative Manager/Designer)
Hailing from Central Florida, I found my way to Nashville to study Entrepreneurship at Belmont University in 2020. In high school, looking for a creative outlet and a way to make a little money, I started selling flowers at my local farmers market. I found an insatiable creative obsession with flowers, which has been ongoing since I was 16. I took a year long break working at a vintage clothing store, but couldn’t stand to be away from flowers any longer.
I have been working with and studying flowers ever since and have absolutely adored learning from the T Villager team. I still have a lot to learn but I’m grateful for how far I’ve come!! I have been lucky to study business alongside flowers; I even placed second and received the People’s Choice Award at Belmont’s Business Plan Competition last Spring! When I’m not flowering I can be found hunting for funky vintage clothes, traveling as much as possible, and organizing Wado fan club meetings.
